RIDER

Huntertones brings people together around the globe with music that is fun, imaginative and fearless. Passport(October 2018), is the third album from the high-energy, Brooklyn-based instrumental band. The new music is inspired by the band’s international travels and cross-cultural collaborations in South America, Europe, and Africa through the American Music Abroad Program. Adding depth and contrast to their live set, Huntertones shift between a dynamic six-piece ensemble and a trio featuring saxophone, sousaphone, and beat-boxing. Individually, members of Huntertones have collaborated with top artists in the music industry.
Trumpeter and sousaphonist Jon Lampley can be seen nightly on “The Late Show with Steven Colbert” as a part of Jon Batiste and Stay Human. Other band credits include work with O.A.R., Snarky Puppy, Stevie Wonder, Andy Grammer, Ed Sheeran, Allen Stone, Gary Clark Jr., Ricky Martin, Umphrey’s McGee, Red Baraat, and more. In addition to being exciting performers, Huntertones have been praised for their engaging workshops which have included residencies at Anchorage Arts, Ohio State University, Jacksonville Fine Arts and more.
